    TO ORDER:

    ~ Simply email us at mysparklingpalace@yahoo.com.sg

    ~ Kindly indicate ORDER as the subject title.

    ~ Contents of your order:

    - (1) your name

    - (2) contact number

    - (3) item name

    - (4) quantity

    - (5) mode of collection (by mail / meetup);

    > if mail, please state your mailing address;
    > For meetups, it is strictly only at our convenience (tentatively is at Sengkang and Tampines). Kindly be on time during meetups.

    PAYMENT DETAILS:

    ~ All payments are to be made via either UOB bank transfers to acct no. 128-XXX-XXX-X or POSB/DBS bank transfers to acct no. 130-XXXXX-X. [note: actual account number will be given to you upon confirmation via email.]

    ~ Please note that payments have to be made before orders are sent.

    ~ Payments have to be made within 3 days after order has been confirmed, otherwise item will be up for sale again.

    ~ Kindly drop us an email when payment has been made and the item will be reserved for you.

    ~All our prices are EXCLUDING postage:

    - For local normal postage: $1.25 (Airpak Envelope $1 + Local postage stamp)

    - For local registered mail : $3

    ~ Kindly allow 3 working days for item(s) to be sent out.

    ~ Due to hygiene reasons, items sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

    ~ Prices quoted in MySparklingPalace are non-negotiable.

    ~ No Swaps are allowed.

    ~ As we emphasize on exclusivity, items may be limited, they will be sold at a first come first serve basis.


    ~ Colours of products may differ slightly due to the different colour resolution of individual computers. My Sparkling Palace will try to adjust the colour to be as close as possible.

    ~ All personal information given for placing orders, such as contact, address and email etc will not be released to any third party. Information will be kept confidential by the Management.

    ~ All details in the website are corrected at time of published. We apologies for any inconvenience caused.

    ~ Delivery efficiency is subjected to time frame for deliveries adhered by Singapore Post and is beyond My Sparkling Palace's control.


    ~ My Sparkling Palace will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items through mail. Therefore, registered mail will be encouraged, as it reduces the chances of mail getting lost.


    Management reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without Prior notices.
